SharkFit is a highly intense training program that incorporates functional movements and core strength  We use a range of fully body movements that produce muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance.

The great thing about our program is the global scalability it offers.  We can accomodate the load and intensity to all ages and abilities.

Routine is the enemy.  We constantly vary the stimulus in an attempt to always shock the human body.

Not only do we get a great work out, but we have fun too!! New members are always welcome, so come joint us some time!
